Ann Lee McPhail and Jeff Bennett of the Clemson University Video Productions Services host the program each week, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 to 6:45 a.m. Viewers may ask questions about a subject that was featured on the program by e-mail at athome-L@clemson.edu, by phone at (864) 656-5951 or at the shows website at: http://AtHome.clemson.edu/ . The questions will be answered on selected programs. Monday, April 10 -- Lisa Wagner, academic program director for the S.C. Botanical Garden , and Wendy Farnum, Clemson University volunteer, look at wild flowers in the South Carolina Botanical Garden . Then Libby Hoyle, Clemson Extension food and nutrition specialist, talks about and displays some summer vegetables. Tuesday, April 11 —Clemson Extension Horticulturist David Bradshaw begins a two-part series on grafting Japanese Maples. Wednesday, April 12 – Clemson Extension Horticulturist David Bradshaw finishes his grafting series on Japanese Maples. Then, Beth Kunkel, Clemson University food science and human nutrition professor, travels to a quilt exhibit. Thursday, April 13 Clemson University Food Science and Human Nutrition Professor Katherine Cason, and her daughter, Melissa, whip up some breakfast bars. Next is Clemson Extension Agent Elizabeth Hill as she makes an asparagus-walnut stir fry. Friday, April 14 Candace Cummings, Clemson University urban wildlife specialist, and Host Ann Lee McPhail discusses frogs -- real and decorative. Then Clemson Extension Horticulturist Bob Polomski talks about the facts about fertilizer. At Home Southern Style can also be seen on the South Carolina Channel. END
