Ann Lee McPhail and Jeff Bennett of the Clemson University Video Productions Services hosts the program each week, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 to 6:45 a.m. Viewers may ask questions about a subject that was featured on the program by e-mail at athome-L@clemson.edu, by phone at (864) 656-5951 or at the shows website at: http://AtHome.clemson.edu/ . The questions will be answered on selected Friday programs. Monday, Dec. 25 Merry Christmas! Since Jeff has taken another job, this is his last week as host. So, we are sending him off in style with a week filled with Jeff Bennett shows. Jeff and David Howell, Clemson University food science and human nutrition professor, whip up an easy spaghetti sauce. Tuesday, Dec. 26 Jeff and Randy Wright make salsa like you have never had before. Randy is a former Clemson University student. Wednesday, Dec. 27 Jeff and Chuck Burgess check out hydrangeas. Burgess was with the Home and Garden Information Center when this piece was shot and is now with the Spartanburg School for the Deaf and Blind. Then Joey Williamson, Home and Garden Information Center , shows Jeff some butterfly and hummingbird bushes. Thursday, Dec. 28 Libby Hoyle, Clemson University retired food and nutrition specialist, and Jeff shows how to prepare food for a crowd. Friday, Dec. 29 Bob Schuster, Clemson University special projects, is in Berkeley County on a beautiful river in this "Where in the South is Bob Schuster" report. Then Jeff visits Charleston to see a century plant. At Home, Southern Style may also be seen on The South Carolina Channel. END
