Ann Lee McPhail and Jeff Bennett of the Clemson University Video Production Services hosts the program each week, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 to 6:45 a.m. Viewers may ask questions about a subject that was featured on the program by e-mail at athome-L@clemson.edu, by phone at (864) 656-3204 or at the show's website at: http://AtHome.clemson.edu/. Monday, Dec. 4-- Donna Bundrick-Griffin with Walter P. Rawl and Sons Farm, shows how to make vegetables an easy part of our diet. Then David Bradshaw, Clemson Extension horticulturist, takes a tour of the S.C. Botanical Garden for a look at sweet potatoes. Tuesday, Dec. 5 -- Lisa Wagner, education director for the S.C. Botanical Garden, shows how to get color in a fall garden. Then Elizabeth Hill, retired Clemson Extension agent, makes her famous pasta salad. Wednesday, Dec. 6- Kathy Wright, Clemson Extension agent, talks with a 4-H member about his poultry project. Then Beth Kunkel, Clemson University food science and human nutrition professor, discusses high blood pressure. Thursday, Dec. 7 David Bradshaw, Clemson Extension horticulturist, shows how to include beauty berries in the home landscape. Then Beth Kunkel, Clemson University food science and human nutrition, gives some great ideas about holiday party foods and gifts for seniors. Friday, Dec. 8 -- Biscuits are good anytime. Rhonda Matthews, Clemson Extension agent, and her guest, whips up some great tasting biscuits. Then Libby Hoyle,retired Clemson Extension food and nutrition specialist, and Dotty Ryan with the American Dairy Association, talks about how to feed the picky eater. At Home, Southern Style can also be seen on the South Carolina Channel.
