Ann Lee McPhail and Jeff Bennett of the Clemson University Video Production Services host the program each week, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 to 6:45 a.m. Viewers may ask questions about a subject that was featured on the program by e-mail at athome-L@clemson.edu, by phone at (864) 656-3204 or at the shows website at: http://AtHome.clemson.edu/. The questions will be answered on selected programs. Monday, June 12 --- Hosts Ann Lee McPhail and Jeff Bennett travel to the S.C. Aquarium in Charleston for a look at the otters. This is a behind the scenes tour that is really great. Tuesday, June 13 --Elizabeth Hill, Clemson Extension agent in Greenville, makes Texas Caviar that is a delicious dip. Then David Bradshaw, Clemson Extension horticulturalist, gives some landscape design tips for a rock wall. Wednesday, June 14 David Bradshaw, Clemson Extension horticulturist, takes a trip to the S.C. Botanical Garden for a look at pruning techniques for Verbena. Then Elizabeth Hill, Clemson Extension agent in Greenville, makes Rutabaga Potato Salad and Bean Chowder. Thursday, June 15 – Hosts Ann Lee McPhail and Jeff Bennett go to Seneca to visit the private garden of Bill Dalton. Dalton is a Hosta expert. Then Beth Kunkel, professor in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition, takes a trip to a farmers market to see unusual foods. Friday, June 16 -- Fried Green Tomatoes are delicious the way Clemson Extension Agent Rhonda Mathews makes them. She will show how. Clemson Extension Horticulturist Bob Polomski visits a private garden in Anderson that belongs to Lynn Finley. Beth Kunkel, professor in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition, is at the Farmer’s Market looking at foods that are good to preserve.
