Ann Lee McPhail and Jeff Bennett of the Clemson University Video Productions Services host the program each week, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 to 6:45 a.m. Viewers may ask questions about a subject that was featured on the program by e-mail at athome-L@clemson.edu, by phone at (864) 656-5951 or at the shows website at: http://AtHome.clemson.edu/. The questions will be answered on selected programs. Monday, March 6 – Clemson Extension Agent Rhonda Matthews shows the other cold slaw. A repeat broadcast due to viewer requests. Then Beth Kunkel, Clemson University food science and human nutrition professor, shows how to omit 150 calories a day and loose 12 pounds a year. Tuesday, March 7 -- This a good time of year to check the "Structure in your Garden". Clemson Extension Horticulturists Bob Polomski and John Bodiford show why this is important. Then Clemson Extension Horticulturist David Bradshaw looks for winter interest and finds "Snow Flakes" almost under a rock. Wednesday, March 8 -- As part of our Spring Gardening Special, Clemson Extension Horticulturist David Bradshaw discusses the fall garden because vegetable gardening is a thing you should do all year long. Then Bradshaw tours the South Carolina Botanical Garden to look for winter color. Thursday, March 9-- Nancy Porter, Clemson University family resource management specialist, gives some valuable information about credit. She will discuss viewer’s questions about money matters on future programs. Viewers are invited to send their money questions. Then, Clemson Extension Agent Sue Hovey and Libby Hoyle, Clemson Extension food and nutrition specialist, make Italian Bread Sticks. Friday, March 10 -- Nancy Porter, Clemson University family resource management specialist, continues her discussion on credit. Then Clemson Extension Horticulturist Bob Polomski and Carry Burriss, retired Clemson Extension horticulturist, show how to grow Amaryllis from seed. At Home, Southern Style can also be seen on The South Carolina Channel.
