At Home, Southern Style TV schedule for week of May 8

CLEMSON -- "At Home, Southern Style," a Clemson University TV program, will air on the South Carolina Educational Television Network the week of May 8. Ann Lee McPhail and Jeff Bennett of Clemson University Video Productions Services host the program Monday through Friday from 6:30 to 6:45 a.m.

Monday, May 8 – Clemson Extension Agent Elizabeth Hill whips up a great recipe for sloppy joes. At Home travels to Seneca for a visit with Bill Head of Head-Lee Nurseries and look at a lovely home garden.

Tuesday, May 9 – Clemson Extension Agent Kristen Welch makes pasta and broccoli. Then Clemson Extension Horticulturist David Bradshaw discusses the Heirloom Garden.

Wednesday, May 10 -- Nancy Porter, Clemson University consumer management resource specialist, answers questions about getting your credit report. Then Clemson Extension Horticulturist Bob Polomski visits with John Elsley, nationally known horticulturist.

Thursday, May 11 – Clemson Extension Agent Sue Hovey stirs up a Caribbean chicken dish. Then Joey Williamson of the Clemson University Home and Garden Information Center, looks at Chinese fringe trees.

Friday, May 12 ­ Former Clemson University student Kelly Gillespie shows some Yoga basics. From a show that was filmed in January, Clemson Extension Horticulturist David Bradshaw shows winter flowering Jasmine.
