Ann Lee McPhail and Jeff Bennett of the Clemson University Video Production Services hosts the program each week, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 to 6:45 a.m. Viewers may ask questions about a subject that was featured on the program by e-mail at athome-L@clemson.edu, by phone at (864) 656-3204 or at the show's website at: http://AtHome.clemson.edu/. Monday, Sept. 25 -- Moroccan Carrot Raisin Salad has been one of our most requested shows. So we repeat it today with many thanks to Elizabeth Hill, retired Clemson Extension agent. Then Bob Polomski, Clemson Extension horticulturist, and Patrick McMillan, Clemson University biological sciences professor, show Begonias that are grown from seeds. Tuesday, Sept. 26 -- Fajitas is another "most requested" recipe from retired Clemson Extension Agent Elizabeth Hill. Then Beth Kunkel, Clemson University food science and human nutrition professor, displays and discusses seasonal foods. Wednesday, Sept. 27 – Clemson Extension Agent Suzie Holmes talks with her guest about Master Gardening. Then Melissa Cason, our youngest nutritionist and daughter of Katherine Cason, Clemson University food science professor, talks with Clemson University student Terri Wenrick about strawberry tofu smoothies. Thursday, Sept. 28 -- Kellye Rembert, director of 4-H, talks about the 2006 4-H Conference which was held at Clemson University. Featured are the four Presidential tray winners. Then Candace Cummings, Clemson University urban wildlife specialist, discusses blue bird houses. Friday, Sept. 29 -- Lisa Wagner, education director for the South Carolina Botanical Garden, takes a tour of her garden. Then George Kessler, retired Clemson University forestry professor, shows how to transplant trees. At Home, Southern Style can also be seen on The South Carolina Channel. Programs for this week include: a garden visit with Lisa Wagner; Master Gardener program with Suzie Holmes; Moroccan Carrot Raisin Salad with Elizabeth Hill; and Kellye Rembert and the 2006 4-H Conference.
