CLEMSON -- The following "Your Day" radio programs from Clemson University Radio Productions are scheduled to air on South Carolina ETV Radio for the week of Nov. 6. MONDAY, NOVEMBER 6

Some last-minute speculation about the midterm elections. Dr. Bob Becker, director of the Strom Thurmond Institute on Government and Public Affairs at Clemson University , talks wi th Joe Erwin, chair of the South Carolina Democratic Party.

The Music Club of Greenville. We’ll learn the history of the Music Club of Greenville from past president Beverly Henderson as the club prepares to celebrate its 100 th anniversary on Nov. 13.

Buck Owens and the Bakersfield Sound. Glenn Hare gets another lesson in the history of country music from Prof. Mark Hosler of the Clemson University Department of Performing Arts.

A little bit of Lily. A few moments with comedienne-actor-writer Lily Tomlin, whose one-woman show comes to the Peace Center in Greenville on Nov. 15.

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 7
Selected off-air moments from recent call-in programs on insects and other household pests. Charlotte Holt hosts Cam Lay, assistant department head for Pesticide Regulation, and Dr. Eric Benson, Clemson Extension urban entomologist. THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 9
Your Day is live in downtown Union on this first day of the ETV Road Show-Foothills with Donna London, director of the Jim Self Center on the Future. We’ll visit with leaders in the Union community and get an update on the city’s bio-diesel initiative, an effort to encourage renewable energy and reduce dependence upon foreign oil. We’ll enjoy some local music and sample the best of Union County barbeque, hash, and stew.
