Trail Competition of consigned horses on March 23rd @ 7PM.
Trail clinic by Ed Dabney March 24 at 8AM - Noon . Open to the
public free of charge. Horse sale on March 24th at 12:30PM .
The competition is open ONLY to horses consigned to Sale . No
entry fees for competition. Trail clinic will build your horse's
confidence and prepare him to successfully negotiate challenging
trail obstacles. You will receive valuable instructions in trail
safety, excercises to solve common problems as barn sour, herd
bound, water crossing, standing to mount, along with other issues
to be discussed. Only accepting 10 participants in clinic with
Ed Dabney for a charge of $150. Competition consists of obstacles
including: Natural Trail Hazards, Riding & working off horse
back, Ground Manners & surprise obstacles. All horses submitted
to sale and competition must be 4 years of age or older and ALL
horses must ride. No stallions or pregnant mares. Open to all
breed registered or grade, ponies, mules and gaited horses. 12
month current negative coggins and health certificate required!
Catalog deadline is March 2, 2007 and limited to 200 head. RV
space is available with water, sewer and electricity (50amp).

Judging of Livestock includes Grading Feeder Steers, Grading
Market Steers, Grading Market Hogs, Keep Cull (Swine & Beef),
and Market Steers, Breeding Heifers with EPDs, Breeding Gilts,
and Market Swine. FFA registration is from 9:00 am . To 10:00
am . 4-H registration is from 9:30 am . Until 11:00 am . The
FFA Contest starts at 10:00 am . And the 4-H Judging Contest
starts at 11:00 am . To be in the 4-H State Livestock Judging
Contest the contestant must have an enrollment card at the county
office, the county office must submit a team enrollment form
for the county with team members and it must be signed by the
