Produced by Clemson's Video Production Services, the program is broadcast statewide each week, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 to 6:45 a.m. Viewers may ask questions about a subject that was featured on the program by e-mail at athome-L@clemson.edu, by phone at (864) 656-3204 or at the shows website at: http://AtHome.clemson.edu/. Beth Kunkel, Clemson University food science and human nutrition professor, explains. Then we go on a garden visit to Barbara Yon's home in Saluda. Wednesday, May 2—Clemson Extension Agent Rhonda Matthews makes an asparagus marinade, then whips up excellent eggs. Thursday, May 3-- Sue Hovey, Clemson Extension agent, does a fantastic stir fry-- Jicama. Then we visit Bill Dalton's garden to see his Hosta collection. Dalton is a hosta expert and shares his secrets. Friday, May 4 - "Where in the South is Bob Schuster"? He is literally in deep water....with this report about the Spirit of S.C.
