This week’s guest host is Clemson Extension Agent Rhonda Matthews. Monday, Aug. 13 - Joey Williamson, Clemson University Home and Garden Information Center, takes us to the S.C. Botanical Garden for a look at fragrant winter honeysuckle. Then Elizabeth Hill, retired Clemson Extension agent, makes chicken with herbs. Tuesday, Aug. 14 - Millie Davenport, Clemson University Home and Garden Information Center, shows how to care for cut flowers. Then Bob Polomski, Clemson Extension urban horticulturist, takes us to the home garden of John Ensley, nationally known horticulturist. Wednesday, Aug. 15 -- Rhonda Matthews, Clemson Extension agent, whips up a cucumber and pineapple salsa. Then we visit with Bob Head and see what can be used to replace Leland Cyprus. Thursday, Aug. 16 -- Deborah Thomason, Clemson University youth and family life specialist gives us pointers on grandparenting. Then we take a trip to Middleton Place and a visit with Horticulturist Sidney Frazier. Friday, Aug. 17 - Lisa Wagner, education director for the S.C. Botanical Garden, shows us plants that bloom is the winter. Then Rhonda Matthews, Clemson Extension agent, concludes her week as guest host with a discussion about 4-H.
