Tuesday, July 17 -Rhonda Matthews, Clemson Extension agent, makes a wonderful salad, Black Eyed Chicken. Then Bob Polomski, Clemson Extension urban horticulturist, takes a look at non-blooming Begonias. Wednesday, July 18 -- There has been a lot in the news about contaminated dog food. Beth Kunkel, Clemson University food science and human nutrition professor, gives the details. Then Bob Polomski and Jim Faust, both with Clemson University Horticulture Department, show us sunny annuals. Thursday, July 19 - Rhonda Mathews and Wallace Wood, both with Clemson Extension, talk about the current problem with honey bees. Then Elizabeth Hill, retired Clemson Extension agent, makes bakes pork chops. Friday, July 20 - What is the difference between ordinary food and organic food?
