Monday, July 2 -- Host Ann Lee McPhail goes to the S.C. Botanical Garden with Joey Williamson, horticulturist with the Home and Garden Information Center . Then Elizabeth Hill, retired Clemson Extension agent, makes pumpkin muffins. Tuesday, July 3 - Jim Frederick of the Pee Dee Research and Education Center , talks with Host Ann Lee McPhail about the Outdoor Education Trail. Then Bob Polomski, Clemson Extension urban horticulturist, and Bill Head, owner of Head -Lee Nurseries, discusses roses. Wednesday, July 4 --Carolyn Jabaily with the Outdoor Education Trail at the Pee Dee Research and Education Center , shares with us part of the outdoor experience and forestry products. Then by viewer request, Ann Lee explains her case of Tinnitus with Audiologist Alan Smith. Thursday, July 5 -- Sue Hovey, Clemson Extension agent, makes stuffed celery and peppers. Then Kristen Welch, Clemson Extension agent, makes the absolute best salsa. Friday, July 6 Donna Bundrick-Griffin of Walter P. Rawl and Sons Farms cooks a grilled steak and spinach salad. Then Elizabeth Hill, retired Clemson Extension agent, whips together a vegetable taco salad. Millie Davenport, Home and Garden Information Center , finishes out her week with "Hot topics from the Center." At Home, Southern Style may also be seen on The South Carolina Channel. This week’s features include: a visit to the S.C.
