Monday, July 9 -- Kristen Welsh, Clemson Extension agent, takes us to the Greenville Farmers Market to select ingredients for a great summer salad. Then we join David Bradshaw, retired Clemson Extension horticulturist, in the S.C. Botanical Garden to select a ripe watermelon. Tuesday, July 10 -Carolyn Jebaily, Pee Dee Research and Education Center, takes us on the Outdoor Education Trail. Then we go to Charleston to see the rose garden of Dr. Fletcher Derrick . Wednesday, July 11 —Bob Polomski, Clemson Extension horticulturist, does a follow up piece on synthetic pine straw. Then Host Ann Lee McPhail travels to Middleton Place to visit with Tracy Todd, historical director. Thursday, July 12 - Jim Frederick, Pee Dee Research and Education Center , talks with Host Ann Lee McPhail about some of the work being done as part of the Outdoor Education Trail. Then Kristen Welch, Clemson Extension agent, whips together a favorite -- beef stew. Friday, July 13- Carolyn Jebaily, Pee Dee Research Center , concludes her series about the Outdoor Education Trail.
