Monday, June 11— Host Ann Lee McPhail goes to the S.C. Botanical Garden to visit with Christine Drais, public relations director for the garden. Then Beth Kunkel, Clemson University food science and human nutrition professor, talks about how to get a balanced diet. Tuesday, June 12 - Jeanni Peterson, volunteer with the S.C. Botanical Garden , show us all about orchids. Then Bob Polomski, Clemson Extension horticulturist, explains which plants do well in hot and dry locations. Wednesday, June 13 -- Rhonda Matthews, Clemson Extension agent, makes cookies in a jar. Then Beth Kunkel, Clemson University food science and human nutrition professor, explains why we need fruits and vegetables in our diet. Thursday, June 14 -- Deborah Thomason, Clemson University family and youth development professor, gives tips on being a good grandparent. Then Tony Caver, state veterinarian, explains the nature of his department and bird flu. Friday, June 15 Host Bob Schuster travels to Berkley County for a visit. Then Millie Davenport, Home and Garden Information Center, concludes her week by answering questions pertaining to gardening issues.
