Monday, June 18 – Rhonda Matthews, Clemson Extension agent, pops up some seasoned popcorn. Then George Kessler, retired Clemson University forestry professor, shows how to transplant trees. Tuesday, June 19 -- Donna Bundrick-Griffin of Walter P. Rawl and Sons Farms, makes collards with color. Then David Bradshaw, retired Clemson Extension horticulturist, divides a split-leaf Philodendron. Wednesday, June 20 – Donna Bundrick-Griffin of Walter P. Rawl and Sons Farms whips together Tex-Mex Cornbread. Then Libby Hoyle, retired Clemson Extension food and nutrition specialist, looks at small ways to be a big loser. Thursday, June 21 –Christine Drais, public relations director for the S.C.Botanical Garden , takes us through the exhibit at the Discovery Center . Then Elizabeth Hill, retired Clemson Extension agent, makes Tex Mex black bean dip and broiled scalloped tomatoes. Friday, June 22 - Joey Williamson, Clemson University Home and Garden Information Center , takes us to his house to see his Heleborus collection. Then Beth Kunkel, Clemson University food science and human nutrition professor, discusses obesity and portion sizes. At Home, Southern Style may also be seen on The South Carolina Channel.
