Lessons learned in Tunisia .Dr. Bob Becker, director of the Strom Thurmond Institute on Government and Public Affairs at Clemson University, talks with US Ambassador William Hudson, former ambassador to Tunisia, a guest of Dr. Jim Miller of the Clemson University Geography Department, the former director of CEMAT, the overseas research center of the American Institute for Maghrib Studies located in Tunisia.

Rural childhood in Scandanavia. Dr. Mark Small of the Institute on Family and Neighborhood Life at Clemson University, speaks with Anne Trine Kuorholt, director of the Norwegian Center for Child Research in Tronheim, Norway, during a recent study group on rural childhood sponsored by Childwatch International and the Institute on Family and Neighborhood Life.

A Road Less Taken. Glenn Hare visits with photographer James Henderson and tours the current exhibit of his works on display at the McKissick Museum in Columbia . This exhibit of photographs capturing the changes along the East coast North/South route of US-1 on the continues through March 17.

A live call-in hour on the 33,000-acre Jim Timmerman Natural Resources Area at Jocassee Gorges.Mike Willis, communications director for the SC Department of Natural Resources, will be joined by DNR Region 1 wildlife coordinator and wildlife  biologist Tom Swayngham; DNR  wildlife biologist, forester and Jocassee project manager Mark Hall; and Greg Lucas, a DNR conservation education and recreation specialist based in Clemson. They will discuss the Jocassee Gorges project and the many wildlife-related recreational opportunities at Jocassee. THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2007

Issues facing American forestry. Donna London, director of the Jim Self Center on the Future, talks with Tim Adams, director of the Division of Resource Development at the SC Forestry Association during the 38 th annual meeting of the SC Forestry Association held on Nov. 16, 2006 .

The Southern Comfort Lowcountry Blues Bash. Roy Scott visits with blues artist Chick Willis and gets a preview of his upcoming performance at the 2007 Southern Comfort Lowcountry Blues Bash, the annual blues festival held in Charleston , SC which opens Feb. 9 and continues through Feb. 18.
