Now is the best time to support the Museum!
Donating to the Museum by October 12 is a win-win-win situation!
All donations* given to the Museum between now and October 12, 2009, will be matched dollar-for-dollar by a few generous supporters. So give $1 to the Museum today, and we'll recieve $2. It's the best way to make your gift go further.
We are also offering all donors a chance to enter a drawing for 2 tickets and a parking pass to the Clemson vs. Florida State football game on November 7. These coveted 50-yard-line tickets will be given out by random drawing on October 19. The more money you donate, the more entries you have and the better your chances to win.
Join as an Amethyst member ($35 to $49) to receive one entry in the football drawing. Ruby members ($50 - $99) receive two entries, Sapphire members ($100 - $249) receive three entries, and Emerald members ($250 to $499) receive four entries**. All levels of members also receive free admission to the Museum, as well as discounts on education programs and in the Gift Shop.
To give online, visit Clemson's online giving page for the Museum and follow instructions to log-in. Be sure to designate your gift to the Bob Campbell Geology Museum.
To give by mail, please send a check (made to the CU Foundation), along with a letter indicating that you would like to support the Bob Campbell Geology Museum, to Claiborne Linvill, SC Botanical Garden, 150 Discovery Lane, Clemson, SC 29634-0174. Please ensure that all money will be received before October 12 to be eligible for the drawing.
Most gifts are eligible for a full tax deduction. The winner of the football tickets will not be able to deduct the cash value of the tickets ($120). The Clemson University Foundation will send acknowledgment letters and tax forms following any donation to the Museum.
