Vinyasa Yoga Midsummer Session

Join instructor Renee Gahan on Tuesdays where we investigate the spectrum of movement, breath, and sensation in a yoga practice.  Each pose is a building block for each subsequent pose in the series and time is given to explore poses independently.  The style is breath centered and designed to strengthen and heal any body.

Gentle Vinyasa Yoga Midsummer Session

Join instructor Renee Gahan on Friday mornings where you can explore breathing techniques to clear the mind and increase vitality, gentle yoga postures to help you unravel constrictions, and meditation to connect you with the clarity and ease that you hold.

Renee Gahan began teaching from a dedicated yoga practice in 2003. In her classes, students are guided through visualizations, breathing practices, and alignment centered poses aimed to heal and strengthen the whole person. For her, yoga is a process of personal integration, which directly and positively impacts the way we relate to the world around us.
