Vinyasa Yoga -Tuesday Evening Sessioins

Yoga in the Garden with Renee GahanYoga in the Garden with Renee Gahan

You are invited to explore a yoga practice that is grounded in the alignment of breath and body. This class is good for anyone interested in practicing a yoga style that heals and strengthens the body while creating space for mindfulness and ease to shine.

Join us on Tuesday evenings at The Carriage House, where we investigate the spectrum of movement, breath, and sensation in a yoga practice. Each pose is a building block for every subsequent pose in the series and time is given to explore poses independently. The style is breath centered and designed to strengthen and heal any body. There will be times when we practice outside.
