for Research & Economic Development Center/Institute 10% Return Policy
- Center/Institute must be Commission on Higher
Education (CHE approved). The listing is updated annually, and is held
in the Office of Institutional Advancement.
- Earnings will be based on prior fiscal year indirect
cost earnings for all fund 20 project/grants associated with a recognized
center/institute, whether by direct department number listing or by
center/institute association. This association must be listed on the
proposal processing form, and will be confirmed through InfoEd, a Sponsored
Programs database.
- The program code for all project/grants must be RESCH.
No funding will be provided for earnings for other codes (INSTR, PUBSV,
etc.).
- Research Division Business Officer will provide earnings
figures (based on queries in CUBS) to appropriate College Business Officers
(or designated contacts). After agreement of earnings figures is reached,
college is to provide an account number for the funds transfer. If no
response is received by June 30 of fiscal year, no funds will be transferred.
- Effective July 1, 2007
