F&A Information
F&A and Pooled Fringe Benefit Rate Agreements- Current Facilities & Administration (indirect) rates approved for Clemson University.
Administering 2008 F&A Incremental Rates (pdf) - Effective April 1, 2008,all newly submitted proposals must include the correct F&A rate(s)for the appropriate year(s), including multi-year proposals. The Clemson F&A agreement, effective March 5, 2007, includes an increase of one-half percent each year for the next two years for On-campus Organized Research. The negotiated rate for FY 2007-08 is 47.5 percent, FY 2008-09 is 48 percent, and FY 2009-10 is 48.5 percent. The 48.5 percent rate should be used for fiscal years after FY 2009-10 until we have a new rate agreement.
