We encourage you to review the operation of the Office of Technology Transfer, the CU Patent Policy or CU Computer Software Policy (depending on which may be applicable to your technology), the Patent Disclosure and/or Software Copyright Disclosure forms.

If you are ready to initiate discussions with a company(ies) relative to your technology, you will need to have the company(ies) complete a Confidential Disclosure form prior to sharing any confidential information.

This form must be completed prior to sharing confidential information. We welcome and encourage visits to Clemson University to discuss technologies of interest.
