Five Rites of Rejuvenation Series with Terry Pizzuto
Participants learn five simple, dynamic exercises for health, energy
and personal power based on Tibetan yoga. These exercises are purported
to be a 'fountain of youth' for those who practice them regularly.
BASIC YOGA: a series with Eleanore Richardson
Basic Yoga is a four-week series of lessons combining stretching
exercises and breathing techniques that offer a low impact way of
increasing flexibility and reducing stress.
Creative Conflict Resolution Series with Terry Pizzuto
Conflict is inevitable and natural. Learn tools for handling
conflict in ways that are sensitive, direct, and create effective
solutions.
RELAXERCISE: a stress prevention and resolution series
RELAXERCISE is a four-week training series in relaxation, stress
resolution and revitalization. The Relaxercise regime consists of
simple, non-impact, non-aerobic exercises that concentrate on breathing,
gentle body movements and mind-body awareness.
NATURE AWARENESS: a series with David Bradshaw Nature Awareness
is a program designed to help people become more aware of their
of the natural world whether one is in a city, an urban environment,
a rural area or deep wilderness.
RELAXERCISE: a contemplation and meditation series
This Relaxercise program is a four-week training series in relaxation,
contemplation and meditation. This Relaxercise regime consists of
simple, non-impact, non-aerobic exercises. The activities will be
based on the four universal meditations -- sitting, lying, standing
and walking.
