Farm Planning Spreadsheets -
While farm manager for the organic demonstration farm at the Center for Environmental Farming Systems, Joel Gruver (NC State University Ph.D. candidate) developed Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to aid in scheduling for continuous harvest of crops and in planning for a CSA and Farmers' Market. Joel has made these spreadsheets available for use by the public. The spreadsheets are intended to be adapted by individual farmers to fit their farming situations. To use the spreadsheets, click on the link (below) and save the file on your computer. Please note that each link opens an Excel workbook that includes several worksheets. Once saved on your computer, enlarge the spreadsheets to aid in viewing and data entry.
