Water Quality Program, related to Goal 1 and Goal 4 The goal of the Water Quality Program is to develop strategies by which economically viable land use can coexist with good water quality. In order to accomplish this goal it is critical to characterize processes that control contaminant movement, contaminant bioavailability and toxicity, and contaminant degradation and assimilation by natural biogeochemical processes. |
