• Richland One Healthy School Nutrition Policy – vending machines, driving school day
• Bill on Senate floor to offer nutrition Policy – PA
• Richland 2 – the scene
• Cost of healthy items more expensive
• Menu items
• State superintendent
• “Action for healthy kids” – Student Improvement Council

What’s happening on our community that supports physical activity among children? What needs to be changed to help children be more physically active?

• “Spark “Program” – head start community – encourage individual play
• Hope World Wide include PA Parents & Kids involvement
• After school/morning exercise program for Kids
• CDC Verb – provide communities = tool kit schools, rec. to be PA – socially activity 9-13 youth target
• Bill – PE in school, 150 min/wk 100 min PA, 1-8
