Room and Event Area Request

The primary purpose of all conference rooms and event areas managed at the college level is to provide meeting spaces for use by faculty, staff and students in the College of Science. These spaces can be scheduled between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The needs of the college will take precedence over all other scheduling. Please review the rooms’ space and technology capabilities before submitting your reservation request.
