Communications and Marketing

The Science Communications and Marketing Team supports the College of Science’s pursuit of excellence in scientific discovery, learning, and engagement by providing timely and efficient communications, marketing and related services. The team produces high-level communications promoting faculty and student excellence, maintains and enhances the College’s online presence, and produces a variety of marketing materials.

Team Responsibilities

• • • Overall communications and marketing efforts.
    • Branding.
    • Sharing faculty and student achievements both internally and through local and national media.
    • Designing and producing print materials such as fliers, brochures and banners.
    • Coordinating and updating social media.
    • Video and photography needs.
    • Website management and enhancement.
    • Dean’s communications, including newsletters, speeches and presentations.
    • Event coverage and promotion.
    • Creation of marketing materials, such as T-shirts, mugs, pens, hats, and notepads.
    • Ad layout and design.
