University of Alabama, Huntsville Propulsion Research Center

The mission of the Propulsion Research Center is to provide an environment which connects the academic research community with the needs and concerns of the propulsion community, while promoting interdisciplinary approaches to solving propulsion problems. This mission is pursued by individual researchers and research groups within the Center, through collaboration with faculty members and students from various academic departments at UAH. It is also accomplished through cooperation with researchers from Government laboratories, other universities and the aerospace industry. The result of this environment is that the Propulsion Research Center conducts leading edge research and scholarly activity in its pursuit of advanced technologies and their applications.
