Thomas J. Charles (BA, M.Ed., South Carolina) is a community outreach worker with the Strong Communities for Children initiative.
Previously, Mr. Charles served as the community development director for the Golden Strip Family and Child Development Center. Before joining the staff at the Golden Strip Center, he was coordinator of business relations for the Institute for Families in Society at the University of South Carolina.
