Ernestine (Teena) S. Whittenberg (AA Charleston Southern; BS South Carolina State) coordinates health system linkages in the Strong Communities initiative. Ms. Whittenberg is a pediatric nurse who also has experience as an Extension agent and a parent educator.
Prior to joining IFNL, Ms. Whittenberg was the program manager at the Dunbar Child Development and Family Learning Center in the Greenville County Schools.
