Welcome to Student Affairs Business Operations.
In partnership with the Student Affairs senior leadership team, the Business Operations area is dedicated to providing leadership and strategic direction in the areas of Finance, Human Resources and Information Technology for the division.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating the budget planning process for the division, leading efforts to maximize fiscal resources, cultivating new resources and allocating resources as needed;
- Assist department with matters related to personnel activities, ensuring policy and procedures are followed. Make recommendations and provide feedback to employees. Encourage employee growth and development.
- Provide exceptional technical support and innovative solutions.
