Abs and Glutes:This class focuses on core strength and lower body toning.The instructor also incorporates exercises for the lower back to maintain muscle balance.

Aquatics:A self-paced shallow water fitness class that focuses on both cardio and toning elements utilizing various pieces of equipment.This class is great for core body strength as well as overall fitness, plus it puts a kick start into your day!

Bliss Yoga:Bliss yoga strengthens the mind and body as it focuses on proper breathing, balance, stretching and meditation. The class encourages proper alignment, stamina, flexibility, and strength.

Body Fit: A low impact class which highlights total body conditioning. Uses simple equipment to improve muscle strength, flexibility, and endurance. This class is especially designed for individuals 50 and older.

Calorie Killer: Cross train your body with this high intensity cardio and strength training class.Calorie Killer involves simple, yet intense drills on the step, along with hi/lo floor patterns. The instructor combines a cardio workout with an array of strength training and toning exercises to create an effective cross training workout.

Cycle: Join us as we dim the lights and turn up the music for this high intensity ride. This class integrates hill climbing drills, sprints, seated and standing intervals, and other cardiovascular drills.A water bottle and towel is required for this class.

Hip Hop Cardio:Combines fun dance moves, great music and a killer cardio workout! Focuses on warming up the thighs, calves, and abdominal muscles, with 30 minutes of choreography. This class is for all dance skill levels! Perfect as a "drop in" class; new dances every week!

Interval Cycle: We do away with the high impact maneuvers and long-endurance nature that so many spin sessions have.Instead, our sessions will alternate between brief periods of high intensity and recovery.

Pilates: This class is designed for everyone.Pilates increases balance, flexibility, and posture. Participants isolate their core muscles while sculpting the rest of the body.This class introduces the seven core principles of the discipline. 

Power Yoga: Get a total body workout that focuses on strengthening and conditioning muscles while stretching. Power Yoga is a faster paced class and includes more advanced yoga poses than Bliss Yoga. Participants should be familiar with basic yoga techniques.

Step: This is a beginner level class designed to familiarize the participants with simple step choreography.The focus of this cardio workout is to increase the heart rate while sculpting the lower body.

Step and Sculpt: This class focuses on cross training as it incorporates high intensity cardio along with strength training exercises. Step and sculpt involves simple, yet intense drills on the step.

Strength & Conditioning: Get up and get going with this total body workout.This class incorporates not only the equipment located in the aerobics studio but also the free weights located in Fike’s atrium.

Tone and Trim: A total body sculpting class using weights, exercise bands, and personal body resistance. This class works on toning and strengthening all the major muscle groups.

Turbo Kick: Join us for the hottest kickboxing class around.Not only is this the newest class at Fike, it is also one of the newest trends in fitness! This class takes kickboxing up a level. You’ll kick, punch and groove the calories away in this action-packed, super fun, super safe and effective cardiovascular workout. Come get in shape with this new workout!

Washboard Abs: This 30 minute class focuses on core strength which includes both the abdominal and lower back regions.Washboard abs incorporates stability balls, medicine balls, weights, body resistance, and more as it strengthens the midsection.Join us for this quick but intense workout.Equipment and space is limited for this class; please arrive early
