Class Description
Introduction to Pilates is a class that introduces the seven fundamental moves that are the core of the discipline. This level is the most challenging because it teaches the six principles of Pilates as well as body awareness. This class is designed for everyone; it restores balance, flexibility, and posture. You will isolate your core muscles while sculpting the rest of your body! You must have this class in order to advance.
