Emergency Response Services

The largest branch of the department utilizing cross-trained full-time, student, and volunteer personnel to respond to all phases of emergency operations.

Fire Prevention

Provides protection against loss of life and property by fire through code enforcement; public education; systematic fire inspections of campus residential & academic buildings, assemblies, and businesses.

Administration, Training, and Special Services

Supports the chief of the department in coordinating the campus Emergency Management function; provides administration of personnel rules/regulations and financial revenue/expenditures; develops and implements department training programs; manages special emergency operations and services.
