Holmes (Honors Only) and McCabe - Located on west campus, these suite-style buildings house four students per suite (two per room) with the two rooms divided by a shared bath.

Each five-story building accommodates approximately 300 students. The fully carpeted rooms are arranged in suites with two students per room and two rooms (four students) sharing one bathroom. Upperclass students are predominantly assigned to these co-ed residence halls. Holmes Hall houses students participating in the Calhoun Honors College, and only honors students live there.

• Laundry facilities are located in the basement of Holmes.
• Harcombe Dining Hall and the Student Post Office are conveniently located to Holmes and McCabe.

• Holmes is designated an alcohol-free residence hall.
• Residents of legal drinking age are allowed to have alcohol in McCabe.
• Smoking is not permitted in any residence hall.
• Outside lofts (purchased, rented or constructed) are not permitted, as the bed frames provided allow lofting, bunking or raising the bed to a captain's height.
