Focus areas include: community values, social activities, addressing community needs, and group development.

Interpersonal Development is the FYE cornerstone that focuses on the individual development of our residents.

Focus areas include: life skills training, decision-making, goal setting, health and wellness, and personal ethics.

Civic Engagement is the FYE cornerstone that promotes global citizenship or being a productive member of our society.

Focus areas include: community service, diversity, political awareness, citizenship, and social justice.
