The rental rate reflected is for the 2008-2009 academic year and is provided only as a guide for general planning. In accordance with South Carolina law, "Fees applicable to housing rental...shall be sufficient to cover the costs of providing such facilities and services." Accordingly, rates may be adjusted to satisfy this requirement.
