The rental rate reflected is for the 2009-2010 academic year and is provided only as a guide for general planning. In accordance with South Carolina law, "Fees applicable to housing rental...shall be sufficient to cover the costs of providing such facilities and services." Accordingly, rates may be adjusted to satisfy this requirement.
The 2009-2010 rates are pending Board of Trustee approval.

*The rates listed are per student assigned to a room, suite or apartment. The Housing contract is for a full academic year (both fall and spring semesters). Therefore, the annual rate is listed. However, the fees are paid per semester along with the academic fees on the student's consolidated bill. The per-semester charge is shown (in parenthesis).
