Municipal and Community Affairs encompasses many service-oriented functions within the Division of Student Affairs. Under us, you’ll find departments devoted to providing a safe and secure environment for all who study, teach, work and visit in our community.

EMpower Clemson 

Our newest endeavor is EMpower Clemson, a collaborative effort between the University and its surrounding community to promote safe and responsible behavior, with a special emphasis on alcohol management. This office will be an advocate for the development of healthy lifestyles particularly on an environmental level. EMpower Clemson also supports the University’s mission of academic leadership along with the core values of honesty, integrity and respect.
