The New Student and Sophomore Programs office works in collaboration with various campus partners to support transfer students in making a successful adjustment to Clemson University. We are currently developing a comprehensive Transfer Student learning experience that will utilize community and campus-based resources. This will aid transfer students in learning about themselves and their new campus, while making meaning of their learning that is occurring in and outside of the classroom. Through career development, community service, and leadership development, transfer students will be able to more fully appreciate and embrace the exciting possibilities before them. Transfer Student Council, the body of Undergraduate Student Government which formally represents transfer students’ voices and needs, is just one of the many possibilities in which transfer students can become actively involved in making a positive difference on campus.
In working directly with various offices across campus, many other opportunities and support services are available for transfer students. To learn more about these services and opportunities see Involvement and Support Services. For any questions related to academics, please contact the Office of Undergraduate Studies.
