The Community Education Program was designed to support the mission of the Office of Community and Ethical Standards and the greater mission of the Division of Student Affairs to, “challenge students to take responsibility as members of a diverse, global community.” A key part of the community education program is a group of students who work towards providing students opportunities to learn more about the Clemson Core Values of Integrity, Honesty, and Respect. This group, The Community Educators, empower students to become responsible members of the campus community as well as the greater global community.
Other parts of the Community Education Program include promotion of the Clemson Core Values, responsible decision-making and making ethical choices, and finally understanding the standards of the Clemson community. If you have a few minutes, please check out our blog at CUcorevalues.blogspot.com. This website serves as our campus newsletter and we post new information every couple of weeks. Also, this blog introduces our campus Citizen-of-the-Month and other provides other segments that might be of interest to you.
