Obtaining an Employee Parking Permit

Pre-Tax Payroll Deduction | Active employees who are participating in the Pre-tax Payroll Deduction benefit will have their parking permits automatically renewed and should expect to receive them on or before August 10. Benefit participants who wish to change their permit type should submit a Pre-Tax Payroll Deduction Parking Benefit Information & Election/Change Form to Parking Services. Be sure to note the desired permit type on the form.
Open enrollment for employees who qualify will be announced during the spring semester by email. A Pre-tax Parking Benefit Election Form must be completed and returned to PARKING SERVICES. *Pre-Tax Payroll Deduction Parking Benefit Enrollment/Change form (PDF)
