Trustee
The Trustee permit is valid for parking in the following areas:
- President's reserved (orange parking stall lines with tiger paw and "PRESIDENT" pavement marking)
- Employee (green parking stall lines)
- Any student (orange, magenta, white "R" lot parking stall lines)
- Park-N-Ride (white parking stall lines in "P" lots), no time restriction
- Timed (white parking stall lines with time limit or "TIMED" pavement marking) all day—no time limit, expired meter OK
- Visitor (white parking stall lines with "VISITOR" pavement marking) all day—no time limit, expired meter OK
- Service Vehicle (red parking stall lines with "SER VEH" pavement marking)
President
The President permit is valid for parking in the following areas:

Employee Hangtag/Decal
The Employee permit is valid for parking in the following areas (except when reserved for special events):
- Employee (green parking stall lines)
- Timed (white parking stall lines with time limit or "TIMED" pavement marking) subject to posted time limit or time remaining on meter 7 a.m.–2 a.m., no restrictions 2 a.m.–7 a.m.
- Park-N-Ride (white parking stall lines in "P" lots) 4 a.m.–2 a.m.
- Commuting student (orange parking stall lines) 4 a.m.–2 a.m. (unless otherwise posted)
- Visitor (white parking stall lines with "VISITOR" pavement marking) 9 p.m.–7 a.m., subject to posted time limit or time remaining on meter 9 p.m.–2 a.m.
Employee Park-N-Ride
The Employee Park-N-Ride permit is valid for parking in the following areas (except when reserved for special events):
- Park-N-Ride (white parking stall lines in "P" lots) 4 a.m.– 2 a.m.
- Unrestricted employee (green parking stall lines, no "24HR" pavement marking) Sat & Sun
Students Parking Permits
Commuting Student
The Commuting Student permit is valid for parking in the following areas (except when reserved for special events):
- Commuting student (orange parking stall lines) 4 a.m.–2 a.m. (unless otherwise posted)
- Park-N-Ride (white parking stall lines in "P" lots) 4 a.m.–2 a.m.
- Timed (white parking stall lines with time limit or "TIMED" pavement marking) subject to posted time limit or time remaining on meter 7 a.m.–2 a.m., no restrictions 2 a.m.–7 a.m.
- Unrestricted employee (green parking stall lines, no "24 HR" pavement marking) 4:30 p.m.–7 a.m. Monday–Thursday and 4:30 p.m. Friday–7 a.m. Monday
- Parking is prohibited in restricted employee (green parking stall lines with "24 HR” pavement marking).
- Visitor (white parking stall lines with "VISITOR" pavement marking) 9 p.m.–7 a.m., subject to posted time limit or time remaining on meter 9 p.m.–2 a.m.
Resident Student
The Resident Student permit is valid for parking in the following areas (except when reserved for special events):
- Resident student (white parking stall lines in "R" lots)
- Park-N-Ride (white parking stall lines in "P" lots) 4 a.m.–2 a.m.
- Timed (white parking stall lines with time limit or "TIMED" pavement marking) subject to posted time limit or time remaining on meter 7 a.m.–2 a.m., no restrictions 2 a.m.–7 a.m.
- Unrestricted employee (green parking stall lines, no "24 HR" pavement marking) 7 p.m.–7 a.m. Monday–Thursday (may park from 4:30 p.m. until 7:30 a.m. in E-1, E-4, E-5, and Cherry Rd.) and 4:30 p.m. Friday–7 a.m. Monday.
- Parking is prohibited in restricted employee (green parking stall lines with "24 HR” pavement marking).
- Visitor (white parking stall lines with "VISITOR" pavement marking) 9 p.m.–7 a.m., subject to posted time limit or time remaining on meter 9 p.m.–2 a.m.
Calhoun Courts and Thornhill Village Resident Student
The Calhoun Courts and Thornhill Village Resident Student permit is valid for parking in the following areas (except when reserved for special events):
- Apartment (magenta parking stall lines) in Thornhill Village vicinity
- Resident student (white parking stall lines in "R" lots)
- Park-N-Ride (white parking stall lines in "P" lots) 4 a.m.–2 a.m.
- Timed (white parking stall lines with time limit or "TIMED" pavement marking) subject to posted time limit or time remaining on meter 7 a.m.–2 a.m., no restrictions 2 a.m.–7 a.m.
- Unrestricted employee (green parking stall lines, no "24 HR" pavement marking) 7 p.m.–7a.m. Monday–Thursday (may park from 4:30 p.m. until 7:30 a.m. in E-1, E-4, E-5, and Cherry Rd.) and 4:30 p.m. Friday–7 a.m. Monday

The Clemson House Resident Student permit is valid for parking in the following areas (except when reserved for special events):

- Resident student (white parking stall lines in "R" lots)
- Park-N-Ride (white parking stall lines in "P" lots) 4 a.m.–2 a.m.
- Timed (white parking stall lines with time limit or "TIMED" pavement marking) subject to posted time limit or time remaining on meter 7 a.m.–2 a.m., no restrictions 2 a.m.–7 a.m.
- Unrestricted employee (green parking stall lines, no "24 HR" pavement marking) 7 p.m.–7 a.m. Monday–Thursday (may park from 4:30 p.m. until 7:30 a.m. in E-1, E-4, E-5, Cherry Rd. and N. Palmetto Blvd.) and 4:30 p.m. Friday–7 a.m. Monday
- Parking is prohibited in restricted employee (green parking stall lines with "24 HR” pavement marking).
- Visitor (white parking stall lines with "VISITOR" pavement marking) 9 p.m.–7 a.m., subject to posted time limit or time remaining on meter 9 p.m.–2 a.m.
- Parking is prohibitedin Douthit Hills white parking stall lines with pavement number and yellow parking stall lines at the Clemson House
After 5PM
The After 5PM permit is valid for parking in the following areas (except when reserved for special events):
- During University business hours, After 5 permits may be used to park in a metered time space (not visitors) or in lots P-01, P-03, or P-04 (not North Stands Stadium Breezeway Any Valid Permit Spaces).
- After 5PM permits may be used to park on campus according to the regulations in effect for commuter permits after 5Pm.
- On weekends and university holidays, the same parking regulations apply as apply to commuter permits.
Bridge Program
The Bridge (same rules as Commuting Students) permit is valid for parking in the following areas (except when reserved for special events):
- Commuting student (orange parking stall lines) 4 a.m.-2 a.m. (unless otherwise posted)
- Park-N-Ride (white parking stall lines in "P" lots) 4 a.m.-2 a.m.
- Timed (white parking stall lines with time limit or "TIMED" pavement marking) subject to posted time limit or time remaining on meter 7 a.m.-2 a.m., no restrictions 2 a.m.-7 a.m.
- Unrestricted employee (green parking stall lines, no "24 HR" pavement marking) 4:30 p.m.-7 a.m. Monday-Thursday and 4:30 p.m. Friday-7 a.m. Monday
- Parking is prohibited in restricted employee (green parking stall lines with "24 HR-pavement marking).
- Visitor (white parking stall lines with "VISITOR" pavement marking) 9 p.m.-7 a.m., subject to posted time limit or time remaining on meter 9 p.m.-2 a.m.
Visitor Parking Permits
Proud Tiger Parent
The Proud Tiger Parent permit is valid for parking in the following areas (except when reserved for special events):
- Visitor (white space with "VISITOR" pavement marking) subject to posted time limit or time remaining on meter 7 a.m.–2 a.m.
- Timed (white space with time limit or "TIMED" pavement marking) subject to posted time limit or time remaining on meter 7 a.m.–2 a.m.
- Unrestricted employee (green space, no "24 HR" pavement marking)
- Parking is prohibited in restricted employee (green parking stall lines with "24 HR” pavement marking).
- Any student (orange, magenta, white "R" lot parking stall lines)
- Park-N-Ride (white space in "P" lots) 4 a.m.–2 a.m.
Note: This permit is valid only on any of three indicated dates and must be displayed on the specified vehicle. Alteration invalidates the permit.
Guest Park-N-Ride
The Guest Park-N-Ride permit is valid for parking in the following areas (except when reserved for special events):
- Visitor (white parking stall lines with "VISITOR" pavement marking) subject to posted time limit or time remaining on meter 7a.m.– 2 a.m., no restrictions 2 a.m.–7 a.m.
- Timed (white parking stall lines with time limit or "TIMED" pavement marking) subject to posted time limit or time remaining on meter 7 a.m.–2 a.m., no restrictions 2 a.m.–7 a.m.
- Park-N-Ride (white parking stall lines in "P" lots) 4 a.m.–2 a.m.
- Unrestricted employee (green parking stall lines, no "24 HR" pavement marking) 4:30 p.m. - 7 a.m. Monday–Thursday and 4:30 p.m. Friday–7 a.m. Monday
- Parking is prohibited in restricted employee (green parking stall lines with "24 HR” pavement marking).
Casual Guest
The Casual Guest permit is valid for parking in the following areas (except when reserved for special events):
- Visitor (white parking stall lines with "VISITOR" pavement marking) subject to posted time limit or time remaining on meter 7a.m.–2 a.m., no restrictions 2 a.m.–7 a.m.
- Timed (white parking stall lines with time limit or "TIMED" pavement marking) subject to posted time limit or time remaining on meter 7 a.m.–2 a.m., no restrictions 2 a.m.–7 a.m.
- Unrestricted employee (green parking stall lines, no "24 HR" pavement marking)
- Parking is prohibited in restricted employee (green parking stall lines with "24 HR” pavement marking).
- Any student (orange, magenta, white "R" lot parking stall lines)
- Park-N-Ride (white parking stall lines in "P" lots) 4 a.m.–2 a.m.

Special Use Parking Permits
Vendor and Service Vehicle
The Vendor and Service Vehicle permit is valid for parking in the following areas (except when reserved for special events):
- Service Vehicle (red parking stall lines with "SER VEH" pavement marking)
- Loading Zone, 2 hour limit, while actively loading/unloading
- Regular non-restricted employee spaces
- Timed (white parking stall lines with time limit or "TIMED" pavement marking) subject to posted time limit or time remaining on meter 7 a.m.–2 a.m., no restrictions 2 a.m.–7 a.m.
- Any student (orange, magenta, white "R" lot parking stall lines)
- Park-N-Ride (white parking stall lines in "P" lots) 4 a.m.–2 a.m.
The Vendor and Service Vehicle permit is not valid for parking in the following areas:
- Restricted employee spaces
- Areas posted as athletic event parking for the period of time beginning 12 hours prior to the start of a home varsity football or basketball game
- Areas posted as "Reserved for Special Event Parking"
Construction and Temporary
The Construction and Temporary permit is valid for parking in the following areas (except when reserved for special events):
- Valid only in parking areas specifically designated on the permit
Note: This permit expires on the earliest date punched. Alteration invalidates the permit.
Conference
The Conference permit is valid for parking in the following areas (except when reserved for special events):
- Conference parking lots as specified on the Conference Parking Map which accompanies the permit
- Unrestricted employee (green parking stall lines, no "24 HR" pavement marking) 4:30 p.m.–7 a.m. Monday–Thursday and 4:30 p.m. Friday–7 a.m. Monday
- Parking is prohibited in restricted employee (green parking stall lines with "24 HR” pavement marking).
- Timed (white parking stall lines with time limit or "TIMED" pavement marking) subject to posted time limit or time remaining on meter 7 a.m.–2 a.m., no restrictions 2 a.m.–7 a.m.
- Visitor (white parking stall lines with "VISITOR" pavement marking) 9 p.m.–7 a.m., subject to posted time limit or time remaining on meter 9 p.m.–2 a.m.
Note: This permit is valid only for the indicated date range. Alteration invalidates the permit.
Disability Access
The Disability Access permit is valid for parking in the following areas (except when reserved for special events):
- Disability access (blue parking stall lines with ADA symbol pavement marking)
- Employee (green parking stall lines)
- Any student (orange, magenta, white "R" lot parking stall lines)
- Timed (white parking stall lines with time limit or "TIMED" pavement marking) all day—no time limit, expired meter OK
- Visitor (white parking stall lines with "VISITOR" pavement marking) 9 p.m.–7 a.m.
- Employees, Students, Vendors must also display a valid campus parking permit.
Note: Patrons who need accessible parking for an extended period are encouraged to apply for a State disability access parking permit.
Event
The Event permit is valid for parking in the following areas (except when reserved for special events):
- Parking permitted in area(s) specifically designated on the permit.
- Timed (white parking stall lines with time limit or "TIMED" pavement marking) subject to posted time limit or time remaining on meter 7 a.m.–2 a.m., no restrictions 2 a.m.–7 a.m.
- Park-N-Ride (white parking stall lines in "P" lots) 4 a.m.–2 a.m.

Loading / Unloading
The Loading/Unloading permit is valid for parking in the following areas (except when reserved for special events):
- Loading zones
- Service Vehicle (red parking stall lines with "SER VEH" pavement marking)
Note: The Loading/Unloading permit is valid for the indicated date and time range. Alteration invalidates the permit.
Motorcycle, Moped, Motor Scooter
The Motorcycle, Moped, Motor Scooter permit is valid for parking in the following areas (except when reserved for special events):
- Motorcycle parking space ("Motorcycle Parking" sign or "MC" pavement marking)
- Motorcycles, Mopeds and Motor Scooters are prohibited from parking in automobile parking spaces
Note: Vehicles with internal combustion engines may not be stored in campus buildings or under porches, overhangs or patios adjacent to campus buildings.
Special Guest
The Special Guest permit is valid for parking in the following areas (except when reserved for special events):
- Visitor (white parking stall lines with "VISITOR" pavement marking) subject to posted time limit or time remaining on meter 7a.m.–2 a.m., no restrictions 2 a.m.–7 a.m.

Official Use
