Redfern offers a full service Radiology Department staffed by two Radiologic Technologists registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Radiographs are reviewed by a certified Radiologist with a typed report placed in the patient's medical chart for future reference.

Available Procedures

We offer a variety of diagnostic radiographic procedures, including fluoroscopy. Radiologic procedure requests are accepted from Redfern and outside providers. If imaging procedures such as Ultrasounds, CT's, MRI's, etc. are needed, outside referrals and appointments can be arranged. Copies of radiographs are available to take to referral providers and hospitals.

How much does it cost?

A reasonable co-pay fee for radiographic procedures is assessed. If outside referrals are required for imaging procedures such as Ultrasounds, CT's, MRI's, etc., the charges associated with these services are not covered by the University Health Fee.
