Mandatory Training
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards require employers to "furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which are free from recognized hazards that are causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees". Therefore, Redfern has developed a policy to enable all employees to contribute in the health and safety of his/her environment. Redfern employees are required to participate in mandatory training at the time of their employment and annually thereafter.
