From Columbia
  1. From I-26 exit to I-385,take 385 toward downtown Greenville
  2. Take the South Pleasantburg exit 40 (Hwy 291)
  3. Pass through the intersection at Antrim Drive
  4. The main entrance to The University Center will be on your left
  5. The University Center is the first building on the left
  6. Please enter the building at the Phillips Staffing entrance (facing Pleasantburg Drive). The University Center is on your left inside the building
 
From Spartanburg
  1. Go South on I-85 approaching Greenville and take exit 51 for I-385 toward downtown Greenville
  2. Take the South Pleasantburg exit 40 (Hwy 291)
  3. Pass through the intersection at Antrim Drive

From South of Greenville
  1. Go North on I-85 approaching Greenville to the Augusta Street/Pleasantburg Drive (Hwy 291)
  2. Exit toward downtown Greenville
  3. Proceed until you reach Publix on your right
  4. Turn right into McAlister Square Mall main entrance
  5. The University Center is the first building on your left
  6. Please enter the building at the Phillips Staffing entrance (facing Pleasantburg Drive). The University Center is on your left inside the building
