		It is the policy of the Department to have information on all new products reviewed by our New Products Committee. Please complete a copy of the form for each product you wish to submit to the Department for consideration and return the forms along with any available product literature and a Materials Safety Data Sheet, if available, to the following address: Mr. M. O. Fletcher, P.E. Materials and Research Engineer South Carolina Department of Transportation 1406 Shop Road Columbia, SC 29201

		Upon receipt of the completed form, your product will be referred for consideration to a member of the Department's New Products Committee. He will keep you advised of the status of your product. If you have any additional products to submit, a separate form should be submitted for each new product. Products for which specifications exist or for which an independent evaluation procedure exists (eg. reflective sheeting, asphalt release agents, etc.) are not considered new products.
