You are invited to participate as a exhibitor/sponsor for the 2009 SC APWA Summer Meeting at the Hilton, Kingston Plantation, Myrtle Beach, SC., July 8-11, 2009.

Exhibitor space will be available in the new conference center adjacent to the meeting rooms where the technical sessions will be held, and will be allotted on a first come, first served basis.  See the attached page for “Rules and Regulations” concerning exhibit space.  Exhibitors choosing to stay at the Hilton will receive a one-time $50.00 refund upon submitting a copy of the Hilton receipt to Sandi Priddy, T3S, 125 Lowry Hall, Clemson, SC 29634. The conference combines technical presentations with product exhibits to provide a forum for exchange of ideas within the public works community. Your exhibit fee entitles you to two free registrations per exhibit space.  Should you plan on having additional support staff or additional registrants, the fee per person will be $110.00.  Exhibits will be from 7:30AM-5:00PM on Thursday July 9th.  As exhibitors, you are entitled and encouraged to take part in any and all of our activities, including  the Wednesday evening picnic, the technical sessions, and the Thursday evening reception immediately following the technical sessions. The reception will be in the pre-function area adjacent to the exhibit floor and will give you the opportunity to spend more time with the participants in a relaxed environment.
