Exhibit Rules & Regulations
Þ The exhibit fee for the APWA Conference will be $450.00 for members and $550.00 for non- members..
Þ The exhibit booth consists of an informal area with a table, two chairs, and table skirting. Tables will be 6' x 30”.
Þ The exhibit booth fee includes the following:
Full conference registrations for employees of your company
1 booth–2 free registrations
2 booths–4 free registrations
Þ The exhibit area will be open for setup on Wednesday evening from 7:30PM-9:00PM. Exhibit hours are Thursday 7:30AM–5:00PM.
Þ Additional services for the exhibit space are available directly through Convention Makers. These forms can be downloaded here. Electrical service and shipment of exhibits must be handled through Convention Makers.
Indemnification Notice
Neither the Transportation Technology Transfer Service (T3S), Clemson University, nor the Hilton Resort employees will be responsible for any injury, loss or damage that may occur to the exhibitor or their employees or property from any cause whatsoever prior, during, or subsequent to the period covered by the exhibit contract. The exhibitor, on signing the registration form, releases T3S and the Hilton from any and all claims for such loss and injury. Exhibitors are urged and encouraged to place “extra-territorial” and other coverage on equipment and exhibits and arrange for extended public liability insurance with your regular insurance carrier.
